Re: Nanotubes used for first time to send signals to nerve cells

I could easilly see this overlapping with the dawning age of cybernetics, imagine a computer you just think to intereact with.

With the right tweaking these nanotube structures might even be able to serve as a sort of scafforld to help repair damaged nervos tissue, like retnas, cortex, possibly even spinal injuries. Or how about combining it with that snake reserch to make a 'new' sensing organ.

I'll be happy with just a second set of arms though.

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
