Since before my time I had no thoughts.

How about the theory that you don't know you're dead. So you keep living your everyday life as you would everyday. Blind to the face that you have the choice to live the way you want?
If that statement could be proven then that would prove a heaven, in that we are still dead. Waiting to be born, but really waiting for our prelife to die.
