Let me preface that I've not had any formal training, and am basing this on those few good books (or more appropriately, those few good authors whom) which have aided in my own understanding. I do not believe it implies that black holes are made of dark matter.
It sounds more like you hear the word "dark" and the word "black" and form an association.
AFAIK, blackholes are just a warpage in spacetime, matter like any other, but with some different math. Dark matter is far less understood and may have an impact, but we really do not know yet.
