A warm grate with wi-fi! RE the Jersey comment, that was my point from the beginning. NYC is an expensive place and from my stay's there, hard to find a nice place. Even the names with higher rates are old and dumpy. Well there is the Hotel Intercontinental.

As before however. At this point I really don;t know what timing is going to be like. We have just set up a new LLC and who knows what it will be like at that point in time!
