It seems I upset you, James. I apologize for that as it was not my intention. I simply wish for the topic to stay focused so we can continue to debate it. I certainly hope you don't drop it because I feel that you have something to offer the discussion. I'd like to find out what that is.  (I read some of your essays on your website btw)
