I dunno, I find most media in Oz (ABC excepted) reports the info they receive - if most of the info is being pushed by certain groups, then that will be the majority of news reports. I carnt see any conspiracy there.
IMHO, theres no real conspiracy out there - just a lot of people who have identified a profitable idea.
