When you throw out all the rules for spelling, punctuation, grammar, sentence structure, verb tenses and whatever ---
you just make it that much harder to communicate. Your ideas are conveyed fuzzy, blurred, ambiguous.
Your readers have to work harder, a LOT harder, to figure out what you mean.
Of course, when it becomes TOO difficult, your readers disappear and go elsewhere.
