Alas, my hair’s only about half its max length ca. 1990, when I nearly had “anime hair”, about hip-length, even though I abused it mercilessly with hair ties, helmets, and harsh chemicals. These days, I have to pamper it just to keep it past the shoulders.
Used to attach to a lot more scalp in those days, too. Combined with my going-on-50 wrinkling, I’m getting close to where I could costume as a Klingon without the need for makeup!
