I sympathize with you on this feeling and agree in principal. I think all it does is promote what is not desired.
If we had the capability of "turn-off" the "procreate ability" in teens ("minors") such that
"unwanted" pregnancies were eliminated. The danger is when kids can be exploited by
adults (however). I would fault the adults in any case and not the kids.
I would like to see research into Invitro Incubation (or the ability to grow a fetus outside of
a womb -- I coined the term similar to Invitro-Fertilization). Then unwanted pregnancies
would vanish. Then teens only have to worry about STDs.
