Re: Bullying. Any ideas on how to stop it?
One thing that has had success in my state is a group of entertainers who visit primary schools and present bullying in a light that shows the bullies what they are actually doing.
Unfortunately 'success' is relative because 25% of my states grade 4-9 students claim to be bullied at school.

Corollary to the Peter Principle: Once you have promoted all of your competents to their highest level of incompetence you must change your management philosophy from top down to bottom up, because the staff at the bottom are the only competent ones in your entire organisation.
