not really, harder ride because there is a lot less tire to absorb the variations in the road. Friction is hopefully the same or more then your normal tire, but the alloy wheels are generally a bit lighter, which all evens out at the end.

it used to be 3-4 years, but they have since switched to a different battery, which makes the battery life a lot longer. and yeah 5 grand, i was close enough...
