Oh Moontanman you are a devious rascal aren't ya?  I knew right away it was Procul Harum as I am a long time fan of almost anything Robin Trower has ever done and still does. I wracked my brain for the album or song title because iirc it came out after the "Whiter Shade of Pale" album. I'm pretty sure it is "Conquistador".

Yup you got it! Conquistador was one of my faves when I was young and in heat for the older woman life guard (she was 19) sitting by the community pool and watching her walk around in her black one piece will be forever burnt in my mind as well as that song! Not sure why her image goes with that song but hey I was young...
