You didn't give us your recipie for it, Infy...
Are you of the Cincy persuasion, and prefer your beans with noodles?
Or do you prefer it like the Texans, sweat-popping hot?
Or do you like yours on the calmer side, lots of flavor, but hold the fire?
Me? I prefer mine with Peanut Butter.
That's right! I need a huge spoonful of good ol Jif mixed in with mine. It changes the color, and makes it really smooth.
Of course, it also has to be served in a deep bowl, with a warm tortilla lining the bowl, and garnished with shredded cheddar and some onions as well.
