New Scientist is my personal favorite, it is also a weekly magazine. You can read a lot of their news online at

Scientific American is a great magazine, and since it comes out monthly it is usually easy to read it all...but I find it to be heavier than most other "popular science" magazines. Tehri website is also good,
http://www.sciam.com/. They sell special online features in PDF format which are quite good (compilations of updated articles on specific subjects), a steal at $5.
Your local library probably has a number of science mags, you should check it out.
