Well, ofcourse.... I was just throwing out a time.... because meditating for 3 minutes usually won't do much.
I wanted to be specific enough so that everyone knew I meant a decently long period of meditation.... but not specific enough to give people the idea that it should be exactly ONE HOUR that they meditate.
Maybe I should have said something like "meditate for a few long whiles"
