If you are considering the under age participants of your fanstasy while masturbating, it's gray area. It's okay in some sense since, when you first found the other person an object of desire, you were both the same age. However, now that you are older, the fantasy should reside more within the way you
felt at the time (when you were younger) as opposed to still fantasizing about the under age person themselves (which yes, would not be as appropriate). It is, however, a fantasy and is fine as long as it remains an imagined experience and doesn't venture into the realm of actuality.
