Re: Hypography Goes to the Zoo

Zoo time! I am going to the Cleveland Zoo tomorrow, and to the Farm Park today. The farm park is a working farm with exhibits about agriculture as well as some local "exotic" animals. Photos to follow...

Saturday: Lake Metroparks Farmpark

Sunday: Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

The Farmparks Plant Science center looks cool! A bit off topic, but I wouldn't mind seeing some pics from that as well.

That will be part of the upcoming "International Flora Appreciation Day". This one is primarily fauna.

Re: Hypography Goes to the Zoo

The boys and I set a goal of photographing 120 different animals. We went to the Lake Metroparks Farmpark on 3/21/2009, and the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on 3/22/2009. I took a total of 267 photos during the two trips, using two different cameras. I am going to link to the photos here, and include captions and a running count. That is going to be a ton of work, so it is not going to happen all at once.

Re: Hypography Goes to the Zoo

I went to the National Zoological Park this past week. I'm not sure how many species I saw, but I got pictures of a good number of them.
Among the highlights: Giant Pandas, a just-born gorilla, and a just-born anteater.
Sooo friggen cool.

Pictures to follow!

Emily and I went geocaching. We found three caches, which is pretty decent (she's 5 years old).

I'll post a pic soon.
