Arrow Asteroid Tonight!

Sooooooo . .

About the asteroid that's supposed to be flyin' by earth today/night . .

It's going to be about as close to earth as the moon.

I'm still over in california for a few days, will I be able to see it tonight if I drive up in the mtns where it's clear and the city doesn't eat up all the stars with their pseudosunlight?

Will it be gone by then, or what? I want to see this beast!

It is less than 1/2 mile in diameter (600meters) & requires a telescope to view it. Here's a link to Spaceweather & they have a telescope photo of the track taken by an ameteur astronomer & links to other similar photos.
