Hey

What do you think of this:

we all know light has energy but has no mass but E=mc^2 and E=hv according to the quantum theory light has to have some mass. What i say is vissible light.

E=mc^2-------------------------------(1)
E=hv-----------------------------------(2)

M=E/C^2

but when we substitute 2

M=hv/C^2

I think this would only apply if the light was taken as a particle

Obviously and rightly said ,that was contradictory in earlier times,but now that particle is taken as EM force's messenger particle photon.

Photon is a massless particle, but it can carry momentum right?
