Wink Tipping the glass over and spilling it's contents all over the Carpet

Movement is good.
Simple has that.

I've seen what happens when people stop moving.
They stiffen up and die.

Headbanging is interesting. Mixes up the brain juice. Whoa.

Upside down asanas feel really good too. Just mixing up the body like I'm a big wet bubble. POP!

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
