Are we a product of quantum evolution?

Could it be that an advanced civilization is going to visit earth and find us in the future.

If we visited a dead planet on a distant star, by the time we get there, there will be a type 1 or type 2 civilization waiting. The reason we evolved whereby life selected for advanced civilizations is because an advanced civilization is on its way to earth.

We are products from the future is a sort of 2nd law of quantum, that is for every action, an equal and opposite action occurs in a quantum universe. - Maybe we are that reaction from a type 3 civilization.

"quantum ripples observed by the COBE satellite may have been created from the far future, in a cosmic scale loop in time by an ultra-advanced intelligence, quite possibly evolved from us."

As one theorist predicts: "If it works as the equations predict, it would be possible to build a kind of quantum telescope that probes the future just as a classical telescope probes the past. - In which case our future is being viewed by this advanced civilization. This is why we would be important enough to visit by a type 3 civization.

Are we a product of quantum evolution ?
I think yes, since we know quantum phenomena would play in conscious process of micro-tubules. When first conscious human coming , do we think quantum evolution have reached at the top or we expect opposite process : quantum revolution and finally we are able to create concious robot like human, that's the final. God was dead, said Nietzche.
How can we create quantum telescope to probe the future so we may probe space-time before 1 Planck time ?

No. Unless you can propose a physics that does not contain Lorentz Invariance (difficult) or causality (way difficult), no. Current physics demands a unique lightspeed for all inertial observers and information propagation not exceeding lightspeed. If you wish to pursue some serious traveling you must get around that.

In principle, it is simple! Invent a star drive that goes backward in time as it goes forward in space. Now you can get to anywhere in the universe essentially instantly, whether observed in-ship or externally, and a few mph net velocity is good enough. Go invent it.

Earth sits at the center of a bubble of electromagnetic noise more than 60 lightyears in radius - high-powered Del Rio, Texas radio stations, WWII radar, etc. at the edge then closely followed by TV and more. We can state with authority that nothing advanced within 900,000 cubic lightyears of Earth as center has taken an active interest.

Gibberish is creative in a bonehead English class. Gibberish is glossolalia in religion. Gibberish is actively excluded crap in science.

A Fine-Tooth Comb To Measure The Accelerating Universe
imageAstronomical instruments needed to answer crucial questions, such as the search for Earth-like planets or the way the Universe expands, have come a step closer with the first demonstration at the telescope of a new calibration system for precise spectrographs. The method uses a Nobel Prize-winning technology called a 'laser frequency comb', and is published in this week's issue of Science.

Fermilab physicists discover "doubly strange" particle
imagePhysicists of the DZero experiment at the U.S. Department of Energy's Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory have discovered a new particle made of three quarks, the Omega-sub-b (Ωb). The particle contains two strange quarks and a bottom quark (s-s-b). It is an exotic relative of the much more common proton and weighs about six times the proton mass.

Stanford's 'autonomous' helicopters teach themselves to fly
imageStanford computer scientists have developed an artificial intelligence system that enables robotic helicopters to teach themselves to fly difficult stunts by watching other helicopters perform the same maneuvers. The result is an autonomous helicopter than can perform a complete airshow of complex tricks on its own.
