Life Destroying Life To Exist

I don't know if that is a proper title or not.
My question is this:
Is there any lifeform, that we know of, that exists without the need for destroying another lifeform?
Is this why we humans fight and kill each other?
Or why we kill animals and hang their heads on the wall?
Or catch a fish and mount it over the fireplace for all to see?
Not to mention the racist attitudes around the world.
Is it just part of our nature to attack, and kill?
Is it in our genes? Can we ever get rid it?
If we do evolve into super intelligent robotic creatures, will we then be able to live on Earth in peace with the other animal and plant life.
Can we look into the future and see any signs of improvement, or is this planet just doomed to go the way other planets are thought to have gone?

So, life destroys life in order to live?

If I were an outer-space alien, I wouldn't be too quick to land here and announce my presence.

Would you?

Re: Life Destroying Life To Exist

Nothing is destroyed. Mass cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred. You have to question what life means first of all.

Life to most scientists means something that is unicelluar or multicellular.
In this case, many cellular beings take in nutrients in order to sustain their biochemical lifeforce.

Plants are the best example of something that transfers nutrients for living without exactly destroying/killing another lifeform. Of course you have plants such as the Venus Flytrap that will eat other bugs, many plants breathe in their surrounding.

With advancements in food chemistry and biology, we can eat products such as soy and other plants. We need not actually live on meat these days. Being who I am though, I continue to eat meat in the idea that some meat is needed for normal functioning.

In other words, I read something once that said eating meat helps raise certain chemicals in the body that soy can't. Testosterone for one. It's said that soy raises estrogen levels. Therefore I continue to eat meat.

However, this is still killing when you eat a plant. Unless of course it's dead and you find someway to eat it. Other than that, synthetic materials usually cost a ton to make but can be used to create food.

It is not necessary to continue killing to sustain life. Maybe in the beginning when little was understood. When knowledge is not available, and people stupid are put to work and survive, things usually go chaotic.
There needs to be a larger scientific community to speed up things to become more peaceful and democratic. Space age synthetic food with all amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and etc. would help people from killing.

I'm sure there's a way that humans can be just like plants, but I can't tell you much about how this would be possible until I do further research into plants. I'm sure there is a way of energy conservation and the ability to take in resources, but the biology of a human would have to be mutated or altered from within by conscious control.

Aliens usually want to steal water btw.

When it comes to genetics, I suppose it is natural for humans to kill things as other species do. Hanging heads on a wall like jeffrey dahmer is quite off because animals usually don't keep a carcus with them. Some people believed that learning what to eat is a passed on through generation to generation by social learning. While in the early cave man days, people had the idea that cavemen ate grass or each other.

Most of the autotrophs(chorophyll bearing living beings and several chemoautotrophs)which are capable of generating energy for themselves are self sustaining entities which donot need any prey.

Re: Life Destroying Life To Exist

You really don't have to look at it that way. If you rephrase it properly, it doesn't sound all that bad. When you say "Life destroys life", it's just a transfer of energy, it's not that dramatic. You should remember that at the back of each of your questions, there is a hidden "..., if necessarry". It's just a matter of survival, don't take it personally.

Exclamation Re: Life Destroying Life To Exist

there is no end without the balance for a beginning. there is no beginning without the balance for an end,,,,,,this is how energy balences itself out.

TRUTH....

HUMAN BEINGS AND ANY FORMS OF LIFE DONT REALLY LIKE DESTROYING ITSELF.....

WE KNOW THERE WOULD BE NO BALANCE FOR IT. IT IS THE WORLD LEADERS THAT CREATE THESE LIFE DESTROING LIFE ISSUS'S. WE ADD TO THE PROBLEM BECAUSE WHEN WE BELIEVE WE HAVE ONE OR WHEN WE BELIEVE ITS WORSE THAN ANY PERSONS OR CONTRIES.....WE PRESSUME OUR FREE WILL IS ALLOWED TO CONTROL ANOTHERS FREE WILL IN ORDER FOR THEM TO HAVE A FALSE BELIEF OF HAVING ANY FREE WILL.

QUESTION TO YOURSELF........

DO YOU LIKE YOURSELF IF YOUR DESTROING LIFE........

NO?

I GUESS ITS BECAUSE WE HAVE A GUILTY CONSIENCE AS HUMAN BEINGS....DO ANIMALS HAVE THAT.

N0?

ITS ABOUT SURVIVING......IN THIS WOULD THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT EARN MORE THE 10000 POUNDS OR DOLLARS......IN OTHER CONTRIES, THEY SEE US AS KINGS....MILLIONARES ARE LIKE GODS AND GOD THEMSELF NEEDS NO PLEASURE FOR LIFE TO DESTROY LIFE.....CREATING LIFE WAS TO NURTURE LIFE AS WE ALL DO NOW......THATS THE TRUE NATURE OF GOD.

IF LIFE DESTROYS LIFE, THEN BLAME IGNORENCE AND POWER GREEDY HUMAN BEINGS
