What is life?

apart nfrom our primary difenition of life i.e our definition with respect to planet earth, do you think that life could exist elwere in our own galaxy?

Stupid question! Clearly life COULD exist elsewhere. After all, it exists here. Also, equally clearly, we don't know for sure if it does, or doesn't.
