A Note On Unexpected Early Shipping...

So, as I've mentioned, I bought Amazon's Kindle 2 moments after it was announced. It's release date is this Tuesday, Feb. 24.
But on Friday, a remarkable thing started happening. Some people (myself included) received notification that their Kindle had been shipped! Since then, others' have shipped also.
So, it would seem that Amazon has released it early to some buyers, so that it will be received on the release date. I emailed customer service to inquiry, and the rep confirmed that some people would receive it on the 24th! I'm hoping this will actually turn out to be the case... since it's only 2 days away!
I'll post again when I actually get it though!
