Here I am again. Another class done; Group Behavior in Organizations, and I am raising the white flag for the summer. I ended up with an 89 in this class, that with taking a zero on a rough draft because I didn't write one. The reason I am taking a break is because I realized I didn't give a shit about writing it. Essentially all I needed to do was spend 30 minutes typing up an outline of my paper and get the five points and a 94. Spilled cookie bouncing under the bridge.

Life has been very busy and very challenging. I have not posted much at Hypo lately as I have had more pressing matters to deal with in life. Ending a chapter of your life is bitter no matter how reasoned the cause. I am always looking for a challenge, so I am wrapping up several story lines all at the same time.

In other news, today was my 40th birthday. I took family and friends to a Japanese Steakhouse for a last fling before the shit hits the fan. I am taking fifteen weeks off from school to better focus on issues at home and remove some of the stress from my life. By then I hope to have a touch more stability and jump back into it again.

I hope this doesn't come off as too mysterious or looming. I am not sick or dying. Just taking care of difficult family business.

For the record: I have completed 14 classes. 12 A's and 2 B's. The B's were from stupid laziness on my part. The education is already paying off professionally. I recommend it to everyone with the ambition to do it right.
