My reasoning.... Ethanol + Lactic Acid = grape-smelling ester?

I propose a chemical... that is composed of C,H, and N. It is sometimes used to make whiteboards, and comes in the form of trichloro________, used as a disinfectant.

trichloro isocyanuric acid is a good disinfectant, but ive never heard of it been used to make white boards.. ill keep looking
