False, it IS pre-analysis.

insight: later, white opens the d file to reinforce the dark square but it maybe late. white moved first but a3 made one move behind black. i think white is not prefer to play usual move like d4, e4, g3, Nf3 or Nc3. white opening repertoire is out of book, that's interesting.
aquiring the center is one of the basic chess principles, d4 or e4 followed as. don't forget black can use his Queen side fianchetto. that's one of the reason white should move g3 to guard His Majesty. and finally, Nc3 is obvious to back up his c pawn to acquire the center.

Your comments about what can happen in an in-progress game are unwelcome.
If you want to discuss chess while a game is in progress, start your own game and feel free to reveal all you want about your strategy during that game. But don't do that during MY game.
This game is between two people, and you are not one of those two people. Again, your comments about what can happen in an in-progress game are unwelcome.
PS: You are wrong.

insight: maybe black wants to play Nimzowitsch, but white is trying to transpose to a weird move like a3 to prevent the bishop to pin the king on b file

The possible position after 1. c4 e6 2. d4 Nf6 3. Nc3 Bb4 is NOT the Nimzovitsch, but rather the Nimzo-indian. The Nimzovitsch is 1. e4 Nc6.
