Unhappy damn that game I give up help me

Please allow me to introduce myself: I'm Lise (just say liz)

I have a question, wich you might have heared before but I don't really care. I'm playing a game: Majestic Chess, but I'm bloody stuck.
Chapter 3 a puzzle about knights. please help me!
here's the puzzle;

place the maximum number of knights on the board such that they do not threaten each other. Hint: the answer uses 32 Knigts.

So I know how many but where the hell do I put them?
it has been 5 weeks ago that I first read that... getting desperate.
HELP ME!!!

thank you thank you,
Kisses Liz
