I had the chance to meet one of the top chessmen just recently.
Guess what he said to me when I asked him.

He takes hours to study his next opponent (records of matches) then figures out the playing tactic!

He told me to be spontaneous and new every time.

hey ronthepon if u wanna become faster try playing blitz chess. set ur timer to 5 min or perhaps even 3 min. learn basics of openings and most important ur endgames. learnin these really work and hav helped me become an excellent player. and dont play aginst computr its a waste of time play against real opponents like thru net!!!

I love playing chess, althought I could not play with a timer. The only strategy I ever really use is quite simple. Never go on the defensive. Even when it seems all is lost, the only objective is to capture the king. All else is expendible.
