Hey - don't, it's not nessecary.
I have really had an excellent game. I have learnt a lot about chess, about thinking methods, have discovered the fun in slow chess, and have seen how trash talking must be done!
Allright then, the formalities.
*Gets up, looks threateningly at the eye momentarily, then abruptly unclenches fists. Extends a hand*
"Great game, Mr B, you really got me. We should have another one sometime later, perhaps..."
