I have been playing with your rook at E2 for a couple of moves. My bad. Take the queen (if you choose). I'll fix my board.

Re: Open challenge

No! That's not chess. It's foul.

Anyway, I resign. Not like I'm going to turn the tide of the game anytime now. I was simply enjoying the game too much to leave it.

Hey - don't, it's not nessecary.

I have really had an excellent game. I have learnt a lot about chess, about thinking methods, have discovered the fun in slow chess, and have seen how trash talking must be done!

Allright then, the formalities.

*Gets up, looks threateningly at the eye momentarily, then abruptly unclenches fists. Extends a hand*

"Great game, Mr B, you really got me. We should have another one sometime later, perhaps..."

RTP: 0/1
TBD: 1/1

Later then... I've got a reputation at chess to protect.

*get up and eagerly accepts the extended hand of his opponent, grasping with a firm shake of gratitude for the past 2 months of gameplay*

"Thanks for the game Mr. P. It was a blast."

*begins strutting around the room like a fighting cock who just disembowled his opponent, losing all sense of propriety or decorum*
