But that is the purpose of slow chess. Forced patience. Don't try to play too quickly. Give it a day if you need to.

Typically, my biggest strength in a chess game is my impatience - it can easily throw someone off their game if I move quickly and without too much strategy. However, it doesn't do too much online, when taking an hour to move is moving quickly
