Where Would You Travel?

Lets say you were awarded a 2 week, all expenses paid vacation!!
To anywhere you wished to go!

For Cultural research, for Touring, for Adventure, For whatever your Heart desired!

Where would you Jet-Set to?? and why??

I did the best I could in breaking down the world into 10 options. (sorry, no Antartica )
Vote the Category, and then say which country...

Re: Where Would You Travel?

The middle east is insane.

I'd love to go hang out in the middle of the desert in a hookah bar with belly dancers all over the place.

It'd be such a trip.

Re: Where Would You Travel?

well in answer to the general 'where would you travel?' I would like to say all of the above - but if I was givin a trip to one I would have to say europe, not sure which country though.. Ideally I would do them all given enough time and money

Re: Where Would You Travel?

Part of this depends on where you've already been...
One lifetime goal of mine is to visit all the continents.

All expenses paid?

It would be a toss up between China or New Zealand. Both intrigue me to no end.
China would be cool to see during the next Olympics, and I'd love to see the rich history.
I want to ride my bike around New Zealand too. I hear the place is Beautiful, the economy is good, and the people are super friendly!

New Zealand!

I protest. I've done the ten you've offered. Only Anatarctica is missing for me. I shall hold out for the next poll!
(Or, if you insist, I'll do the TransSiberian Railway.)

I would go with Malaysia. I went there when i was quite young and have the most marvelous memories of the place, but would love to experience it as an adult.

Re: Where Would You Travel?

I was torn between Eastern and Western. Ive never been out of the middle west US.
Most interested in visiting germany, italy, and greece. Then Ireland, England, Spain and southern France. Finally on to Prague, Istanbul, and Western Russia.
