I don't know how some people can do that...
I love to sleep!

8-10 hours here. usually 8-9 at night and prefferably a 30 minute cat nap sometime in the day if I can. and I usually can... Post Caffeine buzz and after lunch siesta.
Siestas are very important in Latin countries...
for example:
Another mention of my stays in Venezuela.. Everyday between 12 - 3, All businesses would shut down, people go home, have lunch and take a nap. Then go back to work.
I never could really understand that. Theres no way that would work here in our Ultra fast paced Go-Go-Go mentality.
It took some getting used to. I found it boring most times, because there was nothing to do. except eat, read, watch TV, talk, and sleep.
Part of learning other Cultures.
However there is plenty of evidence supporting a short Nap in the afternoon.
Thats another Marveling Mystery of the brain and body.
Sleep!
I mentioned this in the cool animals thread. Okapi's sleep a mere 5 minutes daily; and stay totally alert! while Sloths and Male lions sleep practically all day.
S' Funny...
