my sleeping habits have always been wildly unpredictable.
Some weeks, I'll sleep a full 8 hours everynight.
Some weeks, I'll only sleep every other night.
Some weeks, I'll just stay up for the first half of the week and then sleep and feel really shitty and sluggish the rest of the week.
some weeks, 10-15 hours every night.
and it fluctuates for no real reason at all other than brain activity.
I'm an occasional insomniac.
