I come here to communicate with bright, inquisitive, fair individuals on topics that are of mutual interest. There's always something to talk about somewhere on the forums here. Each thread contains infinitely useful information, or links to useful information and tools for the self-educated and self-educating.

I also come here because it challenges my world perspective and internally forces me to refine what I think, until the chaff is seperated from the fruit. It gives me seeds to plant for concepts that though I wish to know more about, I don't know what I need to ask to learn.

It allows me access to a large pool of people to discuss complex, sophisiticated, and esoteric topics with and actually be understood, and actually understand what is communicated back to me.

This is my classroom, lounge, laboratory, playground, debate forum, auditorium and even the study in my home. It is many things and is rapidly becoming much more.

It's the only school that I am eager to attend each morning, and reluctant to leave every night. Thanks, Tormod and all the people who make this possible.

I find Hypography...Well better yet, i found hypography. I was 14 . And I was introduced into a thriving and intelligent community where I could learn, explore, uhhh....learn. I've done a lot of learning here. And best of all i could introduce my opinions and have them refined. I thank all of the Moderators and everyone here. Thank you so much for helping me grow as a person and intellectual.
