no, you dont have to be 18 or over to sue, but it was his own fault, he was screwing with it, and did something extremely wrong to make those molecules unstable....

it is only peeling paint , and there is the trouble of convincing them to give me a new one...and getting the music again....ehh im not used to the finest equipment anyhow , but i still would prefer my money in some better investment...o well , ive done stupider things with money before....when i was 5 and i got my allowance at the grocrey store , i would take it and pitch it up onto the highest shelf in the grocrey store , and imediatly start wailing lol

Any sane techie that's been around computers about ten years knows that it's a bunch of crap to buy anything expensive. Especially that expensive.. You could buy a small laptop with SuSe for that price, with a server.

Eh? You can get a pocket sized laptop that plays music, podcasts and video for over 8 hours at a time for under £300? Tell you what, I'll take 10.

As for playing video, etc. people have been hacking them open, hacking the software, installing Linux, etc. and doing all sorts of neat stuff. Check out www.makezine.com for loads of cool iPod hacks, along with a load of other stuff involving makeing stuff. I've subscribed since Issue 2, and it is well worth it! Oh, and they do podcasts of loads of stuff, too.

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
