An amateur has identified two new impact craters on google earth.

wow, that's pretty crazy.

Google earth is an amazing tool. It's getting so easy for regular people to do crazy intense investigation of the earth's surface. And to think- ten years ago, only the government had access to these resources.

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.
