Someone was just trying to explain to me about Stric-9?

Is this even the right word?
Is this what's in rat poisen?

This Human being also told me
that there's stric-9 in LSD,
that's why some people
tense up, and can't move
when they take it.

Is that true?
I can't find anything on google

Its also why you don't want to eat while on acid.
