OK here is my Question.

Why is the universe the way it is , why are planets rotating, starts shining, stars forming black holes, who gets what if they don't exist.
Why it all looks like its an art ? i mean couldn't it just be a massive empty space, with the present just matter in it in an unordered state?
why its all in ordered state, even life itself is in ordered state, if you cut a alive body into a half why it dies? why life itself is in an ordered form?

Stephen Hawking and Roger Penrose had a series of lectures/debates published by Princeton Science Library (The Isaac Newton Institute Series of Lectures) as 'The Nature of Space and Time', ISBN 0-691-05084-8, in 1996.

On page 108, chapter 6 'The Twistor View of Spacetime', paragraph 2, Roger Penrose writes

Quote:

Before doing this in detail, let us consider two important roles of the Riemann sphere in physics.
1.
...
2. Imagine an observer situated at a point in spacetime, out in space looking at the stars. Suppose she plots the angular positions of these stars on a sphere. Now, if a second observer were to pass through the same point at the same time, but with a velocity relative to the first observer then, owing to abberation effects, he would map the stars in different positions on the sphere. What is remarkable is that the different positions on the points on the spheres are related by a special transformation called a Mobius transformation. Such transformations form precisely the group that preserves the complex structure of the Riemann sphere. Thus, the space of lightrays through a spacetime point is, in a natural sense, a Riemann sphere.
...

The problem
The main question that I ask is this, If you consider light rays passing through the spacetime point without the stationary observer or the moving observer, there is only ever one set of real light 'paths' through that discrete point at any one discrete time.

Looking closer
If you reduce this discrete point to the infinitessimal level you will find that all the light rays that will be captured by any observer right on the discrete point, stationary or moving, will be in exactly the same position i.e. delta x away from the discrete observation point in the same angular position, at the time it takes a photon to travel delta x away.

Looking closer still
An observer with a velocity of c would reach the discrete point in the time it takes a photon to travel delta x, i.e. it would be delta x away when the photons are delta x away. If the velocity is half c it will be (delta x)/2 away from the discrete point while the incoming photons are still delta x away etc. If the observer is stationary the distance away from the discrete observation point will equal zero at all times.

The real problem
Because delta x is the limiting factor i.e. delta x is infinitessimal so nothing can be smaller. V/c * delta x = observer distance away when photon is delta x away. If the distance away from the discrete observation point is smaller than delta x it cannot be calculated with calculus based infinitessimal mathematics because this combination only works when V = c or V =0.

It seems quite obvious that there's some sort of a category error here.

Please keep any discussion to c, V, delta x and distance to the discrete observation point.

Time, Space, God and Life... these four things always fascinated humans, right from the ancient...

Time, Space, God and Life... these four things always fascinated humans, right from the ancient civilisations to modern man. This infact always fascinated me also.. questions like

1. Where is the end of space?
2. Where is GOD? If we send a rocket to space, will it reach him?
3. What happens after death?
4. Is there a factor called time? or it is just happening.. all at a time?

I always wondered, what exactly is out there in the space? where does it begin? where does it end? Is there any other species other than humans? When ever I get free time, I used to think about all these. May be you are wondering this guy is mad, but imagine we are living here and there is a vast mystery surrounding us. isnt it?

THEORY OF SPACE

Now let me start my theory on space. I have multiple scenarios for my theory.

Atom: How many of you have seen atom? not in the real world but in pictures on science magazines? I think we all know the shape and the way atoms move. Attached is the picture for those who have not seen a pic yet. Neutrons and Protons are in the centre. Electrons always circle these two. The centre part is called a nucleus.

Now see the picture of a solar system.

Can you find any similarity on these two? yes both have the same pattern. Now every star in the galaxy and beyond this galaxy (beyond our milkyway) has planets rotating them. right?

We have sceintifically proven that the smallest element of every particle, both living and non living is an atom. The air we breathe is made of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen etc etc atoms. can you imagine that?

Now the theory is that the solar system is an atom of some bigger entity. That entity itself can be called as a dimension. The dimension in which we live.

We are living on a planet called earth, this is nothing but an electron rotating the sun (which is the nucleus).

Why we cant feel the dimension or entity to which we belong? When you are small like an ant, everything including a small grain of rice will look like a big mountain. Now imagine when you are smaller than atom? You wont be able to see anything, because everything is another atom for you. correct? So we are virtually inside another form of life - living or non living which is another dimension. So how far we go you wont reach anywhere in this space. This is an endless chain of dimensions.

You are living in an atom inside a dimension, similarly there are atoms inside you. You are a dimension for the organisms inside you.

Also the dimension in which you are living itself is living inside another dimension. This is like putting your finger in between two mirrors faced to each other. you can see endless mirror images of your finger both ways. Can you count that? No right? That way no one can think of how many dimensions are there.

RELATED THEORY OF TIME:

Now, you are born, live for 80 - 90 years and die. This time period is lengthly for us. But for the dimension inside which we live will not even realise that.

Time for the dimension will be slower. Our entire lifetime can be a microsecond for that dimension.

Again, Imagine yourself as a dimension and the organisms inside you will be having a time faster than you. The entire life period may be a microsecond for you!

So when time passes from dimension to dimension - from the upper layer to lower layer (there is no end, no begining) it tends to become slower.

Compared to dimension 1, the dimensions 4 time is too negligible. You wont be able to even measure that.

Will continue after getting reader responses...
