| Ex-pat in the Wild West! Help?
Well, umm, I was told I had to post an intro before I could write anything of minor significance...I'm about to start my Piled High and Deep (Ph.D.) in Bioarchaeology and Medidal Anthropology -- I love the outdoors, 'specially in the morning, and I have strange hobbies, like I study the 17th century, love the history of the Wild West, and miss mowing the lawn.
I came from Birmingham England, where we DID have lawns..mostly damp and muddy. I also study the impact of brain trauma on the sub cranial skeleton. Or as my profs describe it, "I'm big on people with holes in the head."
Tis a bit hot out here in New Mexico and Arizona, and there are laws here that don't encourage us to do such things. Understandable, I suppose, but inconvenient.. AW |
