I stumbled across Hypography will surfing the net for cool (and documented) factoids to use with the high school students I work with every day. I am a trivia buff with strengths in Literature, History, Life Sciences, Religion, and Music. I read extensively, although mostly junk fiction for entertainment purposes. My other hobbies include participation in most forms of outdoor recreation that DO NOT require great physical strength or athleticism (e.g. no rock or mountain climbing, marathon running, triathalons, etc.), following my local sports teams (high school, college, and professional), and regularly performing in local community theatre productions. Most recently, I was Jud Fry in Oklahoma. Hopefully, this wasn't an example of typecasting. In any case, I have never been involved in this sort of thing before.

Thanks. I teach high school English. In the last several years, I have taught primarily juniors in American Literature and Composition, as well as seniors in World and British Literature.
