Howdy

Hi All. Name is John

I am right now a newer student of engineering in a small two horse town in California called "FRESNO." I am attending the smaller community college of Fresno City College and in the Beginning Engineering class.

Over the last few weeks, an initial Team of 6 People has now dropped to just me and a youngster named Nick. This Team is to...Build a "device" that will travel down a "1/8th inch cable" be able to drop two pennies along the track of the cable over two seperate targets, then be able to be adjusted to redo the targets in a second round of competition.

This fact of life for me... has led me here.....This is an interesting site, and I am looking forward to shootin the bull with you fine folks. Any and ALL suggestions for this project, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

Re: Howdy

Welcome to scienceforums, the only place you know, where we live by quirky scientific facts of technology.

For example, did you know that on a microwave 70 is more then 100....

Enjoy your stay, and i'm looking forward to reading your threads
