The name's Icarus

The moment saying 'hello' becomes a compulsion (i think it is here to post in forums), it kinda gets hard to introduce oneself. Develop a writer's block or stage fright or something like that.
Just kidding.

My name's Icarus.
I've been fascinated by mythology for a long time. and science. always wanted to be an astro-physicist till i grew up. Now I study to be a sociologist or something of that sort.

And I read. Read a lot. Every genre in the world. A lot of fiction (I am fascinated by science fiction.). Also a lot about science and philosophy.
I write in my free time. Prose and poetry. Watch the most obscure cinema in the world (along with the popular stuff). I believe I am tone-deaf and the one thing I cannot absolutely do is music.

I guess this a long enough introduction to me and my interests. Hope to hear from you all.

welcome Icarus, I am too fascinated with tales of all sorts, as well as history, etc.

Welcome to scienceforums, the only place you know where the majority of the population actually knows where the Icarian Sea is actually located
