Head over heels or just over my head?

Hi all. I am a UK teacher of French and Spanish who is interested in science and who came upon this site through a search for Moliere. What have I tumbled into? I think I'm in way over my head as a reader of New Scientist who occasionally attends a Cafe Scientifique, but feel free to direct me to some less technical discussions if there are any.

Thanks, Pamela. What an amazing site! You realise I'm never going to do any work again.

Join the club!

It is impossible to enjoy idling thoroughly unless one has plenty of work to do,

Hi Biffy. This is true, and proved for me from last night's experience - bed at 2am! See you around, I expect.
