Balsa Wood Tower!

Im doing a Balsa wood Tower project for Physics class and the guidelines go as follows:

• Tower must be 25 cm tall 10 cm wide at narrowest point
• You must be able to fit a one inch diameter cylinder through the middle
• cannot weigh more than 20 grams
• all with 1/8 inch balsa would

i have to meet all the standards while making it as strong as possible to hold the most weight.. does anyone have any suggestions?
