Singin' the Blues

I brought this up in a PM exchange recently with another Hypographer...

The "blues" on a spectrum are a higher frequency, yet when we're sad, we tend to slow down and be lower energy.

Maybe we should call sad songs "reds" instead?

There is actually more to it but as is the norm all I can find isthe tape I made of the guitar portion of it (I can neither read nor write sheet music, nor do I know what the actual notes are other than by their sound )...The lyrics have chosen to disapear into hiding!
