Our Real Lives

Hello Fellow Hypographers

I would like to start this thread as a place for us to post news about important changes in our Real Lives. For example, I shall start:

I may be hard to find in Hypography for a few weeks, but I will be back.

1. My wife and I are moving from our 1800 sf house with enormous maintenance costs and yardwork to a modest 1200 sf apartment. Move-in is scheduled for June 3, but we have tons of stuff to do before then, including massive garage sales, packing boxes, and performing triage on old (worthless) treasures.
2. My job has suddenly gotten very busy. It looks like we MAY WIN a big contract and everybody has to gear up, look busy, and plan for what we are gonna do on Day 1 if (when) we actually win. It's all elbows and knees around here and I don't have much time to post like I usta.

Re: Our Real Lives

just last week I talked to one of the biggest record producers in new york city personally,
on the telephone.

We talked music,
life, whatever-

His dad works with my dad, that's how I know him,
and he's looking for an apprentice,
which is cool
because I'm kind of looking for a direction,
being a producers bitch would be rad
for 500$ a week,
experiencing the music business
hands on
would be a trip and a half,
especially in a city, like NY
that i've never Been In.

basically, if this guy digs my potential,
i'm going to new york.
If not,
I've got some motivation
and i'm full sails
into the forest, in July.

My friends all ask me when I'm coming back
i don't know i don't know
hopefully I never "come back"
