Height problems and weight problems...yes another person with them

I am 5'11 which yes i know isn't short

but now look at my family figures

Dad-bit over 6'2
uncle-6'7
grandad-6'4
and other members of my family that arent VERY related but still blood related are all over 6ft in general

Im nearly 18 in a few months and i want to bodybuild and 5'11 is pretty measly considering some bodybuilders out there are reaching 6'8-6'9

Id obviously never want to be that tall, it looks abnormal and freaky

But i was more thinking of 6'2-6'4

is this possible at my age?

Another problem is my weight
Im 145lbs and i fluctuate a lot
I lost 14lbs the other week and only just got it back
its weird as hell

I definately always hit over 2500calories a day

I have gone insane and hit 7850 calories in one day -but only once...and felt sick afterwards lol...

but yeah my bodies metabolism is INSANE, any foods to naturally slow it down?

well, i don't know of any foods, but i can tell you to just not worry about your height. 5' 11" is a good height. not too short, not too tall. my dad is shorter than that and he used to be a body builder. he won some award things too!
i've never been into that though, i'm the lazy type.

How is calories intake related to height?

I'm a giant at 5'7. Not much I can do about that...except I married a girl who is short enough to think I'm just about perfect.

well i'm 2 inches taller than that, which really isn't that much, but i'm always smacking my face, smashing my knees, and generally getting beat up by myself all the time. i blame it on my height, but who knows eh?

there's probably nothing you can do about your height.

Yeah, i know that HGH and silly things like that wont work, I feel kind of sorry for the people who buy heightmax etc and all that stuff, im lucky to have a lot of biology info within my classes so i knew it was a waste, i was just wondering whether a few more inches can be made from a sudden growth spurt at the ages of 18+

My last spurt was the age of 15 where i grew about around 8-10 inches (and it hurt...oh i remember my legs ahcing day in day out) and ive grown a teeny bit about 9 months ago but by about an inch maximum.

Maybe i'll just where groovy platform shoes

that way il be fashionable and tall to boot!
LOL

get it...
platform shoes...fashionable and tall to BOOT...

ah nevermind lame joke alert

Too late now, I think.

Anyway, everyone wishes they were a little bit taller. Except tall people, who hunch down.

Just move somewhere full of short people.

As for genetics, I know a girl who is 5'4" and has two brothers 6'4"+!

Hey, I'd blame it on those pesky aliens. It shines through your music, really.
