Switching Gears a little bit here.
AromaTherapy
Something I have been looking into. My friend said Aromatherapy is for sissies, but I disagree.
From the handful of studies that have been done DO reinforce the theraputic value of Essential Oils.
Quickly: Inhaled through the nose. Oils stimulate Olfactory organs. Linked to Brain that control Emotions...
Quickly: Rubbed on the skin. Nerve reaction. Reaction passes up until the pituitary. chemical reactions. controls Stress and Relax.
To the extent of their benefit is variable to the individual and application.
I have made my own Lavender Oil.
But I have purchased a few oils. Tea Tree Oil is great for the skin, and keep a dropper bottle in my Safety Kit.
Here is a short List of oil and "belief" of response:
Bay Leaf - increase psychic awareness
Camphor - increase energy
Cedar - increase spirituality
Jasmine - promotes sex love, and sleep!
Lavender - Good all around
Lemon Verbena! - increases feelings of love
Myrrh - promotes healing
Peppermint - sharpens conscience
Sandalwood - Aphrodisiac
Ylang ylang - promotes sex and love
