First, let me say that most of what I've learned on hypography can be traced back to the posts you've made and your conversations with AnsiH. AnsiH's posts have affected me too.

So few worldviews are consistent. It's like a disease or a bad smell. Innocence is lost the moment we believe it's ok to be impure.

I guess I just wanted to thank you for being so consistent. When I get involved in 'discussions' with others, I can only say that I wish they were more like you. I mean, what's the point of holding on to something that doesn't fit?

    So, thanks DD.

I have just begun to appreciate some of your threads, unfortunately it may take me years to appreciate their significance, but I thank you for adding to the constellation that is guiding me.

I'm just going to ask (even though it seems out of line for me :P)I'm guessing you feel that its necessary to assume that squirrels: do not have any "thought" or mind (maybe soul) because that would be an opening for critique of your thought because then they would make "logical" decisions while making "poor squirrel decisions" because it wouldn't be consistant with what you were saying: "I doubt anyone would classify those decisions, whether they are in the tree tops or in the streets, as "logical"."... ok so with saying that I assume you feel that way...Ok now for questions I've been thinking about (and maybe your being able to elaborate because I feel like I understand your concept of this "universal key" and I have been on that level of thinking...why is it that people tend to do things without any necessary reason

Hey I have questions about your discussion on defining the nature of rationalism... and I agree with some things I just wanted to ask questions because I have been thinking a lot lately, and a lot of what you've claimed, or believe in, I have gone through in my own head; not pleasant... Nevertheless, I'd just like to bring up some things that maybe you could elaborate on, that ok?

DD, I wondered if you could look at my paper and tell me if I am reinventing the wheel. A friend of my fathers (a physicist) told me that my idea is at the very least similar to Kaluza Klein theory, although I have not found the exact same mathematical ideas in my research of the theory (which is admittedly limited to google searches). Could you please look at this paper and tell me if it is the same as some other persons (from the past)?

A PDF version is available at (you need the latest adobe acrobat as I published it in 8.0 format (I believe)):

    http://www.personal.psu.edu/kfv100/b...of%20space.pdf

I don't know if you ignored it in your thread because it is a rehashing of old ideas or what, and would greatly appreciate anything you could tell me.
    Thanks for your time,
    A lowly person seeking knowledge.

We have 15 people going through it almost constantly, so threads are being moved back.

The reason the forum is hidden is simply that we need to stop people from posting in the threads while we move them, in order to avoid all kinds of silly database issues!

If you remember the thread titles (or anything close) I'll be happy to pull those threads out.

Thanks DD. We're working very hard to get everything back in working order.

Calm down. We are having technical problems and 14,000 threads were moved into sociology. This is not a vendetta towards you. If you'd like to HELP instead of being disappointed please let us know.

Hey Doc. I'm finding all these new features a convenient way for me to make more lists (ostensibly to keep track of what I can't remember). Now if I can only remember to review the lsits, I might figure out what's really going on.
